When you like the rental property and you wish to apply
To apply for the property you like, please fill the attached form here and send us the completed and executed form along with all the required documents (Please refer the checklist).
Upon receiving your application, we screen the application and make the necessary reference checks. The outcome of the application is revealed within 3 business days.
CHECKLIST FOR THE RENTAL APPLICATION
1. Completed and Signed Application form
2. Id documents of all the application
3. All income proofs of all the applicants
4. Evidence of Financial status & Bank savings
If the application is successful, below are the steps
• Need to sign and send the Residential Rental Agreement.
• Need to pay 1st months’ rent along with 1 month rent as a bond into the designated bank account.
• Renter’s welcome pack along with the condition report and the keys are handed over on the first day of the lease.
